build: support gobject-introspection < 1.59.1

The --sources-top-dirs argument has been implemented in
gobject-introspection 1.59.1. For the ADG project, this is merely
cosmetic feature.

Do not rely on the presence of that feature, effectively allowing to
support older gobject-introspection (Debian 9 ships 1.50.0).
