doc: fix all warnings

This should basically solves any missing link warning. There are still 3
more issues that cannot be fixed: CairoMatrix, CairoPattern (part of
cairo-gobject, undocumented project) and PangoFontDescription (the pango
documentation is no more gtk-doc based).
